Q: Do I need any technical skills? A: No. Setup is copy-pasting one script tag. If you can edit your site’s header, you can install AffRank.
Q: Is there a free trial? A: No free trial, but every plan includes a 15-day instant refund. If you’re not happy, hit the refund button on your account page — no questions asked.
Q: Does AffRank require a plugin, browser extension, or app?
A: No. AffRank is a single JavaScript snippet you add to your site’s <head>. No plugin, no extension, no separate install.
Features
Q: How does automatic link injection work?
A: When a page on your site loads, the AffRank script scans the visible text for keywords you’ve configured. When it finds a match, it wraps the first occurrence in an affiliate link with rel="nofollow sponsored noopener" applied automatically.
Q: Will this hurt my SEO?
A: AffRank adds rel="nofollow sponsored" to every injected link, which is exactly what Google requires for affiliate links. The script loads asynchronously and has no impact on Core Web Vitals.
Q: Does it work on mobile? A: Yes. The injected links are standard HTML — they work on every device and browser.
Q: Can I cloak my affiliate links?
A: Yes. Each link has an optional cloaking toggle that serves the link as https://api.affrank.ai/go/your-keyword instead of the raw affiliate URL. Some affiliate networks prohibit cloaking — check your program’s terms.
Q: How many links can I create? A: Starter: 100 links. Growth: 1,000 links. Empire: unlimited.
Analytics & Tracking
Q: When does click data appear? A: Immediately. There’s no delay between a click and it showing in your analytics dashboard.
Q: Can I export my click data? A: Yes. Click Export CSV in the Analytics Dashboard to download your full click history.
Q: What is postback tracking? A: Postback tracking connects a commission from your affiliate network back to the specific click, keyword, and page that earned it. You configure your postback URL in the affiliate network, and AffRank matches conversions to clicks via a session ID. See Postback Setup.
Q: My affiliate network only supports browser pixels, not server postbacks — does that work? A: No. Revenue Attribution requires server-to-server (S2S) postbacks. Networks that only support cookie/pixel tracking cannot send postbacks to AffRank.
Technical
Q: Does AffRank slow down my site? A: No. The script loads asynchronously and is approximately 4KB gzipped. It won’t block page rendering and has no measurable impact on Core Web Vitals.
Q: What platforms does AffRank work on?
A: Any website where you can add a script tag to the <head> — WordPress (via header injection plugin), Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, Next.js, static HTML, and any site using Google Tag Manager.
Q: Does one script work across multiple domains? A: Yes. Your script URL is the same regardless of how many domains you have. AffRank detects which domain a page is on and serves the correct affiliate links for that domain.
Q: Can I use AffRank with a CDN or caching plugin? A: Yes. The script runs client-side on each page load. CDN and caching don’t interfere with it.

Q: Is there a contract? A: No. Month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime.
Q: What’s your refund policy? A: 15-day instant refund. Log into your account page and click the refund button — no questions asked, refund issued immediately.
